Updates on Creating New Location For Existing Recipient - September 2024

1. Login to Wakilni Portal.

2. Go to "Recipients" page.

3. Now you can add new location for existing recipient from the recipient page by clicking on "CREATE NEW LOCATION FOR EXISTING RECIPIENT" button.

4. Choose the recipient.

5. Enter the recipient data and click "CREATE".

6. Another way to add the location directly for the selected recipient from the recipient table is by clicking on the "+" icon.

7. Enter the location data and click "CREATE".

9. You are able also to delete a location for an existing location by clicking on the location itself.

10. Click "DELETE" button.

11. Confirm your action.

12. The location deleted will not be available anymore for the selected recipient.

13. If the recipient has only one location then the deleting of this location will due to deleting the whole recipient. Click on the location.

14. Click "DELETE.

15. Confirm your action.

16. Then the whole recipient will be deleted from the system.

17. Side note: you can't delete a location for an existing recipient if there is an active order in the system with this location.
