As part of our efforts to expand internationally, we worked on supporting international currencies on Wakilni’s portal and Wakilni Customer App. There are a few changes that are included on the interface that we would like you to be aware of. We worked on making the changes very minimal so that they would not affect your day-to-day operation.
When adding an order, the user has the freedom to pick among multiple currencies available and choose if multiple alternative currencies are allowed or not, as well as the alternative currencies.
From Add Order page, choose the Collection Currency
Select Collection is allowed in either currencies if desired and select an alternative currency from the list of alternative currencies available in Currency dropdown
If the Collection Currency is different than USD, edit the Exchange Rate as shown below
Note: Changing an exchange rate will update your global rate and affect all open orders' collection fees
When editing an order, enable Collection is allowed in either currencies if desired
Select the alternative Currency from Add Currency Dropdown
Check the Exchange Rate of the currency selected
New: Edit the Collection Currency Exchange Rate

The excel format for Import Bulk has changed. Now the user has to set the alternative currency instead of the “yes” value for “Collection in either currencies”.
From Order page, click on Create Bulk
Click on Import Excel and browse to the excel file where you have all your orders
Browse to the excel file where you have all your orders in the following format:

Verify the orders, edit any if needed and click on Create
Note: For now, the alternative currencies defined in the first row will take effect. Please make sure you upload all orders with the same Currency and Alternative Currencies all at once.
When adding an order on Wakilni Customer Mobile App, the user has the freedom to pick among multiple currencies available and choose if multiple alternative currencies are allowed or not, as well as the alternative currencies. The Exchange Rate is the same set on the portal and any change on the Exchange Rate will be reflected on both Mobile App and Portal.
When adding an order, select Collection Currency from the Currency dropdown
Enable Allow collection in other currency (Please specify rate) if multiple currencies are allowed
Add alternative currency by clicking on the “+” sign and selecting from the Alternative Currency dropdown
Adjust Rate if needed
