# Try On/Exchange for One Way Order - April 2024

1\. As Wakilni client, Login to the portal.

2\. Go to order's "Active" page.

3\. Click "NEW ORDER".

4\. Choose the "One Way" order type.

5\. If you want to allow your customer to try the item with a potential for return, check the option "Try On" on the one way order type.

6\. If there is a return items from the customer side, check the "Exchange" option on the one way order.

7\. In the order details page you will see the tag for "Try On" option if selected.

8\. In the order details page you will see the tag for "Exchange" option if selected.

9\. You have the option to add them both if needed.

#### Import Bulk Orders

10\. In the order page, click "CREATE BULK"

11\. Add "Try On" and "Exchange" options as two new columns in the imported orders excel sheet with value "yes" or "no" for each order.

12\. Click "IMPORT EXCEL" to proceed with the process.
