# Self-pickup support - June 2023
In this release, we support self-pickup orders whether they’re added manually from Portal, or shipped from Shopify or WooCommerce.
### Feature #1: Set an order as self-pickup when adding/editing orders
This feature allows the client to set the order as self-pickup when adding or editing the order from Wakilni Portal
#### Instructions
1. From the **Create New Order** page, check **Self-Pickup** option under the recipient name
**Note:** Self-pickup orders cannot be assigned to drivers as they’re expected to be picked up from Wakilni’s offices
2. From the **Active** orders page, pending orders can be edited to check or uncheck the **Self-Pickup**
### Feature #2: View self-pickup orders
You can identify the self-pickup orders from the Active orders page and Order details by checking the label as show in the instructions below:
#### Instructions
1. Go to **Active** and **History** orders, check the **self-pickup** label in the Worker column
2. For confirmed orders, **Self-pickup** shows for tasks when click on **Show** button
**Note:** Self-pickup orders won’t be assigned to drivers since they’re expected to be picked up from the warehouse. They will be completed by Wakilni’s team on the system.
### Feature #3: Set an order as self-pickup from WooCommerce
This feature allows the client to set the order as self-pickup when adding the order from WooCommerce on Wakilni Portal.
Please refer to this [link](https://woocommerce.com/document/local-pickup/) to add a Local Pickup shipping option on your WooCommerce site. On Wakilni portal, you need to follow the usual steps to ship an Order with Wakilni. The self-pickup option will be automatically reflected on the order. You can edit the order and turn the self-pickup off when desired.
#### Instructions
1. From the **Unshipped** page, ship the order by clicking on the **Truck** icon or selecting multiple orders and clicking on **Ship Selected Orders**
2. Click on **Create** in the Ship Order page
3. View **self-pickup** order coming from WooCommerce
4. Edit a **self-pickup** order
### Feature #4: Set an order as self-pickup from Shopify
This feature allows the client to set the order as self-pickup when adding the order from Shopify on Wakilni Portal.
Please refer to this [link](https://wiki.wakilni.com/release-notes/create-self-pickup-from-wakilni-option-on-shopify-june-2023) to add a Local Pickup shipping option on your Shopify site. On Wakilni portal, you need to follow the usual steps to ship an Order with Wakilni. The self-pickup option will be automatically reflected on the order. You can edit the order after creation and turn the self-pickup off when desired.
