General Terms and conditions:
The quoted local courier rate includes cash on delivery.
Weight is calculated as the higher of gross or volumetric weight.
An additional charge of 5 USD is levied on courier deliveries in out of city zones.
The quoted pick & pack rate assumes a standard packaging process and material used. It excludes the cost of additional packing material or process if required.
The cost of a standard 3ply carton box is 1 USD/box.
The quoted storage rate assumes the maximum amount of storage space taken up in any given month.
An additional manpower charge of 12 USD / Hour is charged for other additional services as well as receiving for items that are not packaged according to the following packaging instructions: Each SKU type must be received in independent packaging with each item identifiable by either a SKU code or barcode. The receiving of unlabeled and / or mixed SKUs per packag-ing will be subject to sorting and / or labeling fees of 12 USD/hour.
International and courier rates from UAE are exclusive of duties, taxes, VAT, other nonroutine customs brokerage charges and surcharges. Fuel surcharge is index-based and adjusted monthly. All prices listed in this proposal exclude VAT.
Payment Terms: Invoices are issued on a monthly basis and due 7 days after issuance.
This service is for Non-dangerous products only.
Courrier Terms and Conditions:
For High Value Shipments (HVS), customs formal clearance will be carried out and all related fees (Bill of Entry, Customs Duty, Taxes, etc…) will be billed back to the shipper or consignee depending on the mode of shipping (DDP or DDU) .
3 attempts of delivery will take place for each shipment after which if the attempts failed due to consignee unavailability or rejection of order then a full delivery charge will apply as an RTO charge.
When applicable, credit card on delivery charges of 2.63% of the value of the order would apply to local UAE deliveries.
Reverse pick up (shipment collection) will incur the same charges of delivery as per the above table.
Domestic Shipment: Courier Delivery’s liability is a maximum of US$ 25.00 of the invoice value of any order.
In the event of market inflation, the courier reserves the right to increase the rates at the end of each year by giving a 30-day written notice to the Client.
The rates o ered in this contract are based on the promised volumes. If the actual volumes deviate significantly from the expected volumes, the rates are subject to change.
International & Regional Courier T&C
Up to 2 delivery attempts will be made for each shipment. Any additional delivery attempts requested by the Client will be charged an extra fee of USD 5.00 per attempt.
All undeliverable shipments will be billed as per the rates indicated in this proposal.
Additional KWD 1.0 Stamp fees for shipments destined to Kuwait.
The maximum COD value of goods that the courier will agree to deliver is AED 5,000 per shipment.
COD fee applies for GCC countries deliveries: 3$ / order
The Client is responsible for obtaining their own insurance. The courier’s liability is a maximum of USD 100.00 of the invoice value of any shipment.
Shipping fees do not include any inspection fees that may be incurred by Dubai Customs.
