The quoted local courier rate includes cash on delivery.

Weight is calculated as the higher of gross or volumetric weight.

Additional rate per Kg. is 2 AED, above 5 kgs up to a maximum of 20 kgs.

Any Special packing (Bubble Wrap, stretch wrapping, box, paper bags) to be provided by Merchant.

The quoted storage rate assumes the maximum amount of storage space taken up in any given month.

Wakilni reserves the right to take ownership of the client’s stock stored in our facilities if invoices remain unsettled for more than two (2) months. This measure would only be applied in cases of prolonged non-payment, to help recover outstanding dues.

An additional manpower charge is applied for other additional services as well as receiving for items that are not packaged according to the following packaging instructions:

Each SKU type must be received in independent packaging with each item identifiable by either a SKU code or barcode. The receiving of unlabeled and / or mixed SKUs per packaging will be subject to sorting and / or labeling fees.

Air-Conditioned and normal Motorcycles vehicles are used to operate all deliveries. The Client is requested to avoid any consignment/s which are temperature sensitive and require specific temperature-controlled transport. Such consignment items should not be handed over. We will not bear responsibility for any temperature related damages which may occur to such items.

All prices listed in this proposal exclude VAT.

Payment terms: Invoices are issued on a monthly basis and due 7 days after issuance.

This service is for non-dangerous products only.

Courrier Terms and Conditions:

Courier will make maximum of 3 (three) delivery attempts per shipment. The customer service team will call the customers to re-confirm delivery after 1st unsuccessful delivery attempt followed by an SMS alert.

Unsuccessful shipments will be returned automatically to shipper after 04 days in pending status.

If an order is attempted for a delivery, RTO is free.

We will obtain proof of delivery from consignee for successfully delivered orders; the same can be furnished upon request. The records are only maintained for 30 calendar days.

We will not allow the Consignee to open the package upon delivery prior to receiving signature. If they don’t wish to pay and insisted on opening first, then the courier will return the shipment as RTO.

Reverse pick up (shipment collection) will incur the same charges of delivery as per the above table.

Maximum COD value should not exceed AED2,500.00 per shipment for domestic shipments.

In the event of market inflation, We reserve the right to increase the rates at the end of each year by giving a 30-day written notice to the Client.
